Anorexia can come from many factors, whether it’s physical problems, stress, lack of rest, or feeling bored with things. This makes us feel like we don’t enjoy eating, eat less, and feel full all the time. This is definitely not a good sign because anorexia and eating less reduces the body’s energy, which affects our health. 

Drink enough water. Anorexia is not just a lack of food, but it may also cause you to not want to drink water. Water is very important for the body. Therefore, you should drink enough water per day. You should drink approximately 7-8 glasses per day.

Don’t let your stomach be empty. Try to eat frequently. You have to force yourself to eat more often so that your body can gradually adjust. This can be done by eating more meals and more often. You don’t have to eat until you are stuffe at each meal. But gradually adjust so that your stomach is not empty.

Go out to eat. Anorexia may be cause by having to do the same thing over and over again, such as eating the same dishes, in the same atmosphere. Trying to eat out and change the atmosphere and taste new food may increase your appetite.

Eat high-energy foods. You can start by eating your favorite light foods such as snacks or general snacks. Then gradually move on to high-energy foods such as porridge, UFABET, rice soup, and various soups.

Exercise. You should exercise about 1 hour before eating. This will help your body stimulate digestive juices in your stomach and increase your appetite.

Change the dining atmosphere. Sometimes, we get bored with food because we eat the same food repeatedly or at the same places repeatedly. If we try to change the atmosphere or find something new to eat, it will help us enjoy eating more.

Some methods may be a little difficult, but if you can do all of them, I assure you that your anorexia will gradually disappear very soon. However, you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself or put too much pressure on yourself, because that may make you even more stressed and eat less than usual. It’s best to do them one at a time and then gradually level up.
